This Cherry AA Robusta comes from the fertile highlands of Chikmagalur and Coorg in Karnataka. The AA grade represents screen 18 - the largest and densest beans, carefully selected for consistency and uniform roasting.

Sun-dried whole, the cherries allow natural fruit sugars to absorb into the bean, producing low acidity, a full body, a velvety mouthfeel, and rich notes of cocoa, hazelnut, raisins, and berries.
