HoReCa Expert Guide

What coffee should a hotel, restaurant or café serve?

The best coffee for hospitality is freshly roasted whole bean with a consistent, repeatable profile. Three critical factors determine your success:

01 / Hotel Unified Profile

One versatile bean that holds high quality across breakfast buffet, lobby bar, and room service.

02 / Restaurant The Final Impression

A balanced, chocolate-forward cup designed to close a great meal on a memorable note.

03 / Café Peak-Volume Stability

A robust blend that cuts smoothly through milk drinks and stays consistent in peak rush hours.

FAQ

Do you supply coffee to hotels?

Yes. We supply hotels across Europe with one consistent blend that works across breakfast service, bar and restaurant — so the cup is the same wherever a guest orders it.

Do you supply restaurants and cafés?

Yes. Restaurants, cafés, patisseries and catering companies are all part of our hospitality business. Volumes start at 1 kg bags and scale to pallets.

Do your blends work in milk drinks?

Yes. Our darker profiles keep body and sweetness under steamed milk, which is what matters when cappuccino and latte dominate the order list. Tell us your milk to espresso ratio and we will point you at the right blend.

Can we test a coffee before committing to a volume?

Yes, you can buy a smaller test batch, run it on your own grinder and machine for a week and decide from there. Testing on your own setup tells you far more about grind behaviour and milk performance than a tasting in someone else's kitchen.

How fresh is the coffee on arrival?

Every 1 kg bag carries the roast date, so you can see exactly what arrived. The degassing valve lets carbon dioxide out and keeps air from getting in.

Do you offer volume discounts for hotels, restaurants and cafés?

Yes. We provide tiered wholesale volume pricing - the higher your order volume, the lower your per-kilogram cost, with no hidden fees.

Do you offer quality certifications?

Yes, Rainforest Alliance certification and ISO auditing data are available on request.
