What coffee should an office buy?

Office coffee comes down to two questions: what machine you run and how many cups it pours a day. A bean to cup machine grinds fresh for every cup, so whole bean is the only format that makes sense. Filter brewers and French press setups take the same beans, ground coarser at the moment of brewing.

Volume decides the rest. Under roughly thirty cups a day, one 1 kg bag covers a working week and freshness never becomes a problem. Above that, order in larger drops and keep unopened bags sealed until the hopper runs dry.

Every bag we ship carries the roast date and a one way degassing valve, which lets CO₂ escape while keeping oxygen away from the beans. Coffee holds its best form for around four weeks from roasting, so plan reorders around the printed date.

Office coffee programs

Four things most companies ask us about before the first order goes out.

01

Blends that suit the room

Our medium roast Arabica, a stronger profile built for crema, or a blend put together to your brief. Tell us how people drink it and we narrow it down for you.

02

1 kg bags and bulk

Standard 1 kg bags for most break rooms, larger formats once daily consumption climbs. We size the drop to match what actually goes through the machine.

03

Deliveries on your schedule

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Agree the rhythm once and the coffee arrives without anyone having to remember to reorder.

04

Setup and training

A short barista session for the team and a brew station guide, so the machine gets used the way it was meant to be used.

Picking a blend for your machine

Tell us what you run and roughly how many people use it. A twelve person office with a small bean to cup machine wants something forgiving, because nobody is dialling in the grinder every morning. A hundred person floor with a proper espresso setup can go further.

If most of what comes out of the machine is a latte or a cappuccino, the blend needs body that survives milk. If people drink it black, that changes the answer.

Start with a smaller test batch, run it in your own machine for a week and decide from there. On a machine that grinds every cup, a week tells you everything.

Custom-label and private-brand blends

The same coffee, in a bag that says your name instead of ours.

Branding that gets noticed

Full colour 1 kg bags with your logo, your company colours and tasting notes written for your blend. A bag on the reception counter does more for the brand than most printed material.

A first run you can try

Starting volumes are lower than most companies expect, so putting your name on a bag does not mean committing a year of budget. More on the private label page.

Design support

Our designers work on the artwork with you, whether you arrive with a finished file or a logo and a rough idea of what it should feel like.

Corporate gift packages

Freshly roasted coffee lands better than another branded pen, and people actually use it. We put together sets that mix coffee with branded mugs and brewing accessories in a gift box that survives being carried home.

Seasonal and themed boxes work for the moments that repeat every year: holiday gifts, welcome kits for new hires, a thank you after a project closes. Each one can carry a personalised note.

If you want your message inside the box, we print it on a greeting card or a flyer that goes in with the coffee.

Quality and traceability

Cupped against one profile

Every batch is tasted against the same master profile before it ships, so a refill does not change what comes out of the machine.

Ethical sourcing

We work with Rainforest Alliance certified partners and can trace a lot from the farm to the bag on your counter.

Roast date on the label

Degassing valve bags stamped with the roast date, for up to four weeks of peak aroma. Rotate stock by date instead of guessing.

CaAmo's office coffee program has transformed our break rooms. People actually look forward to their coffee breaks now, and the custom-label bags make a great impression in our reception area.

Frequently asked questions

How much coffee does an office actually need?

A rough guide: one 1 kg bag makes somewhere around 120 to 140 espresso based drinks, depending on your dose. A twenty person office where most people drink two a day gets through a bag every two working days. Tell us your headcount and we will size the order with you.

Can we set up recurring deliveries?

Yes. Pick weekly, every two weeks or monthly and we keep to that rhythm, so nobody in the office has to notice the coffee is running low before it gets ordered.

Do you sell ground coffee?

We supply whole bean. Ground coffee starts losing aroma within hours, and in an office that goes through a bag over several days the difference is easy to taste. Any bean to cup machine grinds for you, and a separate grinder next to a filter brewer costs less than the coffee it improves.

Can we put our company logo on the bags?

Yes. You get 1 kg bags with your logo and artwork, tasting notes and the roast date on the label, plus the same one way degassing valve. Our designers can help with the artwork.

Can we try a blend before ordering for the whole office?

Yes. You can buy a smaller test batch, put it through your own machine for a week and let the people who drink it decide. That is a more useful test than anything we could tell you.

How quickly does an order arrive?

Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Delivery in Poland takes 3 to 7 business days, elsewhere in the EU 7 to 14, with tracking on every shipment.
