What does a Wholesale Coffee Supplier do?

Whether you're a roastery buying green beans by the sack or a venue that needs fresh roasts by the kilo, CaAmo Coffee covers both ends of the supply chain.

Green Coffee Supply
We buy from producers at origin and from established European importers. Two channels instead of one mean we react to the market faster and can offer a wider range of origins and price points. Stock sits in Antwerp, Hamburg and Genoa, so shipping across Europe takes days rather than weeks.

Roasted Coffee & Private Label
We supply hospitality venues, offices and vending operators. The coffee is roasted in small batches in Poland and Germany, packed in 1 kg valve bags stamped with the exact roast date. We also produce coffee under your own brand, with your logo on the bag.

Caamo

It all starts with coffee

The conversations that matter tend to start over a good cup. The first few minutes of a meeting set its tone, and coffee served at the start breaks the ice better than any opening line.

The coffee you put in front of a client, a partner or your own team says as much about you as the proposal does. That you pay attention to detail and value the people you work with.

Because everything starts with coffee.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Where do you ship from?

Our office is in Poland. Green coffee is stocked in Antwerp, Hamburg and Genoa for fast dispatch across Europe. Roasted coffee is produced in small batches in Poland and Germany.

What's your minimum order?

It depends on what you're buying. Green coffee works in sacks and pallets, roasted coffee from a single 1 kg bag. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm the minimum for that specific coffee.

Can we order a smaller quantity to test first?

Yes. You can buy a smaller quantity than a standard wholesale order to try the coffee on your own equipment before scaling up.

Do you ship across Europe?

Yes. Green coffee ships from Antwerp, Hamburg or Genoa on EXW, FOB or DAP terms. Roasted coffee ships from Poland and Germany.

Do you offer private label?

Yes. Your logo, your design and your tasting notes on 1 kg bags with a roast-date stamp.

What documentation comes with green coffee?

On customer request, we provide full documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Certificates of Origin (ICO).

What green coffee origins do you supply?

Colombia in Excelso and Supremo grades, Ethiopia in Sidamo and Djimmah, Brazil, Nicaragua and India, plus two rare microlots: Jamaica Blue Mountain and Panama Geisha. Washed and natural processing, commercial lots and microlots.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days within Poland, 7 to 14 across the EU and 7 to 21 outside it. Because the stock sits in Antwerp, Hamburg and Genoa rather than at origin, you're not waiting weeks for a container to cross the Atlantic.

Green Coffee from seven origins

We stock washed and natural green coffee from Colombia, Ethiopia, Brazil, Nicaragua and India, alongside two rare microlots: Jamaica Blue Mountain and Panama Geisha. Arabica and Robusta, commercial lots to microlots, all held in Antwerp, Hamburg and Genoa and ready for dispatch.
