What does a wholesale coffee supplier do?

A wholesale coffee supplier sources coffee at volume and delivers it to businesses that resell or serve it - roasteries buying green beans by the sack, and venues buying roasted coffee by the kilo. CaAmo Coffee does both.

On the green side, we work with producers at origin and with established importers in Europe, which lets us respond quickly to market shifts, offer flexible volumes and give buyers a wider range of origins and price points. Stock sits in Antwerp, Hamburg and Genoa, so delivery across Europe is measured in days, not weeks.

On the roasted side, we supply hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and vending operators with blends roasted in small batches in Poland and Germany, packed in 1 kg bags with a roast-date stamp and degassing valve. Private label runs start from 50 kg per SKU.

Green coffee starts at one pallet for most origins; roasted coffee from a single 1 kg bag. Private label runs start at 50 kg per SKU.

Yes. Green coffee ships from Antwerp, Hamburg or Genoa on EXW, FOB or DAP terms. Roasted coffee ships from Poland and Germany.

Do you offer private label?

What documentation comes with green coffee?

What green coffee origins do you supply?

Nine origins across three continents: Colombia (Excelso and Supremo grades),
Ethiopia (Sidamo and Djimmah), Brazil, Nicaragua, India, plus two rare
microlots — Jamaica Blue Mountain and Panama Geisha. Both washed and natural
processing, commercial lots and microlots.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days within Poland, 7–14 business days across the EU, and 7–21 business days outside the EU. Because stock sits in Antwerp, Hamburg and Genoa rather than at origin, you're not waiting weeks for a container to cross the Atlantic.
