Ethiopia Djimmah is a classic and reliable natural-processed Arabica from the western highlands of Ethiopia. Grown in the Kaffa and Illubabor zones, around the historic coffee town of Jimma (Djimmah), this coffee is cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 1,800 masl, where heirloom varietals thrive under traditional farming practices and minimal inputs.

Often used in high-volume blends, espresso bases, or price-sensitive specialty products, Djimmah offers a bold, earthy cup profile with natural fruitiness and mild spice. While it doesn’t carry the high floral notes of Yirgacheffe or Sidamo, it brings body, structure, and authentic Ethiopian character to a blend.

This lot is natural-processed and sun-dried on raised beds, giving it a rustic sweetness and low acidity. It is ideal for medium to dark roast development, where its fuller body and chocolate undertones can really shine.
