Ethiopia Djimmah Grade 5

Naturally processed Arabica from Oromia - cocoa, spice and nutmeg.

Need a commercial-grade Ethiopian green coffee supplier for volume blends? Djimmah is cultivated in the lush Oromia region of western Ethiopia by smallholder farmers following traditional, low-input practices. Grown between 1,300 and 1,800 metres and naturally processed, it delivers a cup that is bold and complex.

Djimmah is known for spicy, earthy tones with hints of dark chocolate and a rustic character - an excellent choice for espresso blends or anyone after a more traditional Ethiopian profile. With strong body and mild acidity, it represents one of Ethiopia’s most recognised classic coffees.

Frequently asked

Do you supply Ethiopian green coffee in commercial volumes?

Yes. Djimmah is available year-round in commercial quantities, shipped on your preferred Incoterms.

How does Djimmah differ from Sidamo?

Both are natural-processed Ethiopians, but Djimmah is Grade 5 with a smaller screen (13/14), a bolder, spicier cup and a lower price point - built for volume blends. Sidamo is Grade 2, grown higher, with brighter fruit and caramel character.

Why is the listed price indicative?

Green coffee pricing moves with the market. The final price depends on current conditions and the quantity ordered.
