Process & Grade
Washed · Supremo 17/18

Colombia Supremo is grown high in the Colombian mountains, where ideal climate and volcanic soil combine to produce a distinctly balanced cup. The Supremo designation refers to screen size 17/18, ensuring large, uniform beans for even roast development batch after batch.

The cup profile is bright and well-rounded: fresh citrus highlights of grapefruit and lime meet the underlying sweetness of milk chocolate and raisins. It performs exceptionally well across various brewing methods, from espresso to pour-over.
