Our Colombia Supremo is a dependable, specialty-grade green Arabica coffee ideal for roasters seeking a versatile, well-structured bean with a clean and balanced profile. This coffee is grown at high altitudes in Colombia’s most productive and established growing regions, including Huila, Tolima, and Antioquia, depending on the lot.

Supremo refers to the bean size (screen 17/18) — not a quality grade — but it does ensure uniformity during roasting, excellent development, and consistency across batches. This particular lot is fully washed and sun-dried, as is typical for Colombian coffee, and exhibits the bright acidity and clarity roasters expect from this origin.

Cup Profile

This Colombia Supremo produces a clean, medium-bodied cup with a classic Colombian structure — lively acidity, smooth mouthfeel, and sweet, approachable flavor notes.

  • Flavor Notes: Caramel, red berries, soft citrus, cocoa

  • Body: Medium

  • Acidity: Bright and balanced

  • Finish: Clean, sweet, slightly fruity

Excellent as both a single origin and a blend component, this coffee performs well across multiple roast profiles. It shines in medium roasts but can also handle a slightly darker development for chocolate-forward espresso blends.
