Washed Process | Microlot | Boquete, Panama
This exceptional Panama Geisha comes from Finca Don Benjie, a high-elevation microlot within the prestigious Hacienda Bajo Mono estate in Boquete, Panama. Grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level, this coffee benefits from volcanic soil, natural shade, and cool mountain winds flowing from Barú Volcano — the perfect conditions for producing world-class Geisha.
Finca Don Benjie is a family-run farm managed by the Miró family, known for their dedication to quality and sustainable farming. Their Geisha lots have earned international recognition for clean, floral, and complex cup profiles that stand out in cuppings and competitions alike.
This particular lot is fully washed, with careful fermentation and slow patio drying to maintain clarity, stability, and elegance in the cup. Expect bright florals, delicate citrus, and a silky body — a refined and expressive coffee perfect for roasters looking to offer something truly special.
Cup Profile & Cupping Notes
This washed Geisha delivers an extraordinarily elegant cup with:
-
