This grade combines SHG (Strictly High Grown) and EP (European Preparation), meaning it’s grown above 1,200 masl and hand-sorted for top quality and uniformity.

Thanks to the altitude and mild tropical climate, these coffees mature slowly, developing a dense bean structure and a well-balanced cup profile.
